Soften

Tear tray to desired quantity. We recommend using three cubes per drink. Run under warm water or simply let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.

Stiffen

Add defrosted cubes to cocktail shaker with 2-4oz of your favorite alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage.

Shake

Shake cubes vigorously for several seconds until mostly melted.

Pour over ice and enjoy! Use a salt or sugar rimmed glass or garnish with your favorite accoutrements.
