We like a good drink - from the taste down to the ingredients. That's why we created Beach Town Beverage Company - with organic, fresh products and never from concentrate juices, we (literally) shook up the concept that cocktail mixers must be preservative filled and artificial tasting. Individually batch crafted and frozen into pre-measured cubes, we simplify the role of the bartender. When you want a quality drink from home without having to sacrifice time and waste ingredients, simply pop out a few cubes, toss in your favorite spirit, shake or blend, and enjoy! On the Rocks

Soften
Tear tray to desired quantity. We recommend using three cubes per drink! Run under warm water until mostly melted, or simply let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.

Stiffen
Add defrosted cubes to cocktail shaker with 2-4oz of your favorite alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage.

Shake
Shake cubes vigorously for several seconds until mostly melted.

Enjoy
Pour over ice and enjoy! Use a salt or sugar rimmed glass or garnish with your favorite accoutrements.
